We are walking distance from the train station, vibrant bars, restaurants and theatre’s of Birmingham. This is a brand new development of Apartments. Some conversions and some new builds. The area is very central, so is a mix of City Centre living and industrial business. We still have some development works going on around our building. There is a new block being built on the end of our road.

As it is so central to Birmingham it is advised you travel by car / taxi at night for your safety, as inner City streets can be quiet. Groups will be ok to walk together, but it is advisable not to walk alone after dark, as per any location in the City.

A walk in to the Centre is around 5-10 minutes.
